Responsibilities
Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
Serve as the main point of contact for BIM-related inquiries from the project team
Lead project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
Standardize workflows and practices between offices and teams
Run clash detection reports and participate in the BIM coordination process
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, with 5 years preferred
Strong knowledge of Revit, particularly in project setup and model management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans and models
Ability to troubleshoot Revit / design software issues
High level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues and clients
