Registered Nurse (RN) Milford Center | 2nd Shift | Contract Position Location : Milford DE Assignment Type : 11 Weeks Contract Shift : 2nd Shift | 3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM (30-minute meal break) Schedule : 8-hour shifts | 4-5 days per week (32 guaranteed hours weekly) Compensation : $50.00 per hour (W-2) Position Overview Facility is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Milford DE on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate strong clinical judgment while working evening (2nd) shifts four to five days per week. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Support patients and families through clear communication and compassionate care. Qualifications Active RN license (valid in the state of assignment). Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience, preferably in long-term or post-acute care. Current BLS certification required. Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Availability to work 2nd shift (3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM), four to five days per week.
