What You'll Do :

Assist with all building maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and compliance with safety codes

Support housekeeping and maintenance staff while monitoring vendor contracts, inspections, and daily work orders

Maintain and monitor critical systems such as HVAC, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping

Respond to after-hours emergencies, and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning

What You'll Need :

High school diploma / GED

At least 2 year(s) prior experience in a similar maintenance position

Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred

Physical ability to perform manual work

18 years of age or older
