As the newest member of our talented team, you’ll be a key component in managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. You are a self-motivated, collaborative professional with at least 5 years of professional full-time experience who thrives on the nuances of architectural project management - particularly in a small firm environment where you can wear many hats and see the full lifecycle of a project. You love orchestrating the details that ensure efficiency, compliance, and creativity, and you’re equally comfortable reviewing code compliance, refining technical drawings, or aligning with stakeholders on budgets and timelines. How you’ll spend your day :

• Overseeing and coordinating architectural projects from inception to completion, including developing scope, schedule, budgets and project plans
• Presenting design concepts and project updates to the team and client stakeholders
• Managing all documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits and design specifications to meet codes and regulations
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues timely and effectively
• Working collaboratively with your team, ensuring every detail is taken care of driving each toward on time delivery
• Jumping in wherever you can to help bring our projects to life!
