    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual family and group counseling
  • Deliver trauma-informed LGBTQ affirming and evidence-based therapy
  • Conduct intakes assessments treatment planning and diagnosis
  • Maintain accurate client files treatment notes and agency-required documentation
  • Participate in program planning team supervision and case collaboration
  • Communicate regularly with collateral contacts including schools police and referral sources
  • Respond to crisis situations including 24-hour emergency support as needed

    • Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related human services field
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois : LSW LCSW LPC or LCPC within 2 years
  • Experience or strong interest in LGBTQ affirming therapy and trauma-informed care
  • Flexibility to work evening and / or weekend hours as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic diversity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
