What Youll Gain

Provide individual family and group counselingDeliver trauma-informed LGBTQ affirming and evidence-based therapyConduct intakes assessments treatment planning and diagnosisMaintain accurate client files treatment notes and agency-required documentationParticipate in program planning team supervision and case collaborationCommunicate regularly with collateral contacts including schools police and referral sourcesRespond to crisis situations including 24-hour emergency support as neededRequired Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related human services fieldLicensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois : LSW LCSW LPC or LCPC within 2 yearsExperience or strong interest in LGBTQ affirming therapy and trauma-informed careFlexibility to work evening and / or weekend hours as neededStrong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic diversityProficiency with Microsoft Word and OutlookValid drivers license and proof of insuranceBenefits
