Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by being the first point of contact for prospective customers. This is more than just a lead generation role you'll be initiating relationships, understanding customer needs, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.
In this part-time, hybrid role, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to ensure every lead receives a personalized, professional experience. From responding to inbound inquiries to proactively reaching out when needed, your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding products and services to customers. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing with 5+ years of selling experience (technical, high-consideration products) primarily via phone; OR 10+ years of similar experience without a degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical proficiency with VOIP phones, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to think quickly, make informed decisions, and manage time effectively.
Experience in the custom pool and spa industry is a plus.

This position works a part time hybrid schedule, approximately 20 hours / week, Mon-Thurs between the hours of 8a-8pm ET, with the final schedule assigned by manager, based on business needs.
The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
