The WelbeHealth Area Manager, Transportation oversees transportation operations for multiple WelbeHealth centers, particularly managing dispatching, scheduling, transportation supervisors, and performance on key market operational metrics.

Essential Job Duties :

• Manage direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring, and oversee transportation service scheduling and driver supervision, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Apply for and maintain DOT certifications and registrations.
• Monitor DOT-DMV Pull Notice reports in Accurate and SambaSafety Qorta.
• Respond to any incidents according to training, policies, procedures.
• Monitor and improve the performance of all markets on key operational metrics, as well as monitor vehicle safety compliance, including but not limited to vehicle safety checks and verification of vendor compliance with vehicle inspection and maintenance schedules.
• Facilitate market-based meetings with leadership to align with WelbeHealth's strategies and goals.
• Effectively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings including preparation, active engagement, and timely follow-up.

Salary / Wage base range for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 / year + Bonus + Equity
