Technical Analyst / Writer

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Acts as a Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst focused on development team enablement.
• Documents developer team pain points workflows and requirements with clear technical writing (wiki-style).
• Works closely with approximately 10 development leads across 100 scrum teams (primarily onshore).
• Creates lightweight visuals and diagrams as needed (not responsible for heavy architecture documents).
• Builds and maintains documentation in Confluence; some use of Trello may be required.
• Collaborates directly with leads to understand problems and develop appropriate documentation.
• Translates business needs into technical stories and documents workflows.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
• Possesses knowledge of SDLC Agile and DevOps practices.
• Comfortable asking baseline questions and guiding teams through processes.
• Hybrid role : 3 days onsite required within 50 miles of Wilmington DE; Baltimore MD; Charlotte NC; Dallas TX; New York NY; or Evansville IN.
• Candidate must have a LinkedIn profile and be able to start in 3-5 weeks.
• Background check required.
