Program Manager
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.
The Program Manager will lead and oversee the Logistics Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (LITES) IV contract, providing agile software sustainment, cloud management, technical support, and programmatic solutions necessary for the LDAC mission. This role will serve as the Lead System Integrator, ensuring a highly technical workforce delivers and sustains advanced Army logistics data solutions, leveraging COTS, GOTS, OSS, and cloud-based architectures. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing cross-disciplinary teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance to DoD and Army cybersecurity regulations, and driving LDAC's migration to a low code / no code environment.

Qualifications
Clearance : Must hold an active SECRET security clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret if required.
Experience : Minimum 8+ years in IT Program / Project Management; experience within DoD, Army, or Defense programs preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Program Management Level II / III, ITIL Foundation (preferred), and DoD 8140 / 8570 cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, Security+, etc.).
Agile & Technical Skills : Proven experience in leading agile software teams, implementing DevOps / DevSecOps practices, CI / CD pipeline management, and cloud migration strategies.
Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Army / DoD cybersecurity, risk management (RMF), data analytics, database administration, automation (APIs, scripting), and enterprise architecture.
Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to coordinate meetings, briefings, deliverables, and knowledge transfer.
Leadership : Ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary technical teams, drive continuous process improvement, introduce innovation, and remain flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
Compliance : Ensure program compliance with FAR, DFARS, Army policies, Section 508, and other Federal regulations.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
