The Senior Software Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications that meet business needs. This hybrid position combines deep technical expertise in C# , Blazor , and Telerik with the ability to perform business analysis, ensuring that solutions are both technically robust and aligned with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will also bring strong skills in SQL and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM , enabling them to deliver high-quality applications while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office), with the expectation to work onsite at either our St. Louis, MO or Downers Grove, IL office as part of a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibility :

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and Blazor
• Integrate and enhance Telerik UI components to improve application usability and user experience.
• Develop and maintain database solutions, including writing optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for application functionality and reporting.
• Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality, including customizations, integrations, and workflows.
• Design, create, and consume REST services for system integration and interoperability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and development tasks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, development, and review activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure high availability and performance.
• Prepare and execute unit and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for code, architecture, and processes.
• Assist in production deployments and support CI / CD pipelines for streamlined delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the development team.

Compensation :

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
