• Hybrid; Elk Grove Village, IL Reports To :  VP, Solution Engineering Travel : Up to 60% As a Data Center Implementation Manager , you will collaborate directly with hyperscale data center customers to understand their unique requirements for planning, designing, and laying out data center equipment and fit-outs.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams—including Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Solutions Engineering, and Sales—you will ensure customer needs are clearly defined and seamlessly integrated into project plans.
• Leveraging your expertise in spatial planning, engineering principles, and data center infrastructure systems—such as electrical, mechanical, cabling, and networking—you will optimize layouts for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• This role focuses on the critical planning and design stages of data center deployments, ensuring that fit-out solutions align with customer expectations, project timelines, and budgets while delivering exceptional results.
