As part of our hotel team, you'll be creating memorable dining moments in a welcoming, fast-paced environment. We’re currently hiring for a full-time position, with shifts available Monday through Sunday from 3 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Bistro Server, you'll play a key role in delivering a warm, attentive dining experience. You’ll take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide exceptional hospitality from start to finish. This role requires a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in guest-facing environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests promptly with a welcoming attitude and provide menu recommendations as needed
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly maintained throughout service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and quality of orders
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or special requests
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
- Assist in restocking, side work, and closing duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in a restaurant, bistro, or hospitality setting preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with POS systems is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededStrong attention to detail and guest service mindsetLANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluency in English is required for clear communication with guests and team membersAbility to understand written and verbal instructions and convey information professionallyEXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a deli, food service, or customer service role is a plus but not required—willing to train the right candidate.Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling practices is desirable.BENEFITS
