Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Set up new clients and projects in the time tracking system and manage invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and assist with month-end close tasks related to payables.
  • Process electronic payments, transfers, and employee reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related issues.
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and assisting with event planning.

Requirements :

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, for reporting and communication tasks.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other tools such as Harvest, Expensify, or ADP.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.

    • Qualifications :

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
