The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions including purchases sales receipts and payments.
• Manage accounts payable by processing invoices verifying approvals and scheduling vendor payments.
• Handle accounts receivable including generating invoices monitoring collections and applying cash receipts.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process payroll including calculating wages deductions and submitting payroll taxes.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Track and reconcile inventory costs and raw materials specific to manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
