About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Growth to take full ownership of our digital performance and revenue expansion across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional growth initiativesspanning performance marketing, product expansion, analytics, and CROwith a sharp focus on ROI, scalability, and velocity.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize the entire digital growth funnelfrom awareness to conversion
• Lead performance marketing across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and Amazon Ads
• Analyze growth data and build dashboards that drive clear, strategic decisions (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV)
• Launch, test, and scale campaigns in collaboration with creative, eCommerce, and product teams
• Oversee Shopify and Amazon Seller Central to grow DTC and marketplace channels
• Identify new customer segments and market expansion opportunities
• Manage and mentor a small team of media buyers, analysts, and marketers
• Launch A / B tests across ads, landing pages, and customer journeys
• Explore new acquisition and retention channels for scalable growth
