Senior User Experience Designer

Overview

Senior User Experience Designer role at Autodesk . Reporting to the Manager of Experience Design for Commerce Experiences, the Senior User Experience Designer will focus on driving innovative and user-centric experiences that optimize the online purchasing, subscription management and renewal journeys. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience design principles, a strong background in ecommerce processes, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements
• Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systems
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutions
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
• Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflows

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $106,500 and $183,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
