We need a motivated litigation attorney with 5 + years’ experience in at least one of the following practice areas : Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Business Law, Estate Planning / Wealth Counseling, or Employment Law. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a group environment.

Qualifications :

  • Preferred candidate would have 5 + years of experience.
  • Active in good and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Extensive experience handling trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Candidate should excel at drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, and possess strong research, writing, computer, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct consults for potential clients
  • Manage caseload with assistance from our excellent legal team
  • Conduct legal research and provide written analysis
  • Draft motions with minimal to no supervision
  • Communicate with clients and provide reports on case status
  • Attend hearings, pre-trials and mediations
  • Handle deposition and court appearances
