• Have a high school diploma or GED (bonus : prior call center experience)
• 1+ years of customer service / order entry / admin experience in an industrial setting required
• Can type quickly and accurately while multitasking
• Are tech-savvy and pick up new systems with ease
• Juggle multiple chats, calls, and tasks seamlessly
• Maintain accurate records of customer issues
• Love helping people find solutions and answers
• Bring a calm, empathetic approach to every interaction
