The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Shift : Mon-Fri (6pm-2 : 30am) ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. The Night Cleaner Lead is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. Basic Qualifications : Must be 18 years of age or older 2-3 years of experience required and on the job training provided No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Must have a valid Driver's License. 1-2 years of experience as a Utility (waxing, stripping, buffing, polishing floors & shampoo carpets)

Preferred Qualifications : Customer service experience Two or three of similar Lead cleaning work experience Responsibilities : Provide leadership and direction to team members Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management Report performance issues to the Supervisor Assist with the training of cleaning team Coordinate work assignments Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building Manage security of keys and access cards for the property Report work orders for maintenance Makes sure premises are secured at all times Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly Complete order forms completely and accurately Coordinate equipment usage and inventories Directs and oversees workers on-site. Assigns daily tasks and ensures proper execution. Provides training and guidance to less experienced workers. Acts as a link between workers and management. Provides progress updates and daily / weekly reports. Enforces safety protocols and regulations. Conducts site inspections to minimize hazards. Reports incidents and ensures corrective action.
