Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability and performance of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems critical for continuous production.
• Manage and maintain the network infrastructure servers and end-user devices across manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data intellectual property and OT environments.
• Provide prompt technical support and incident resolution for production-impacting IT issues.
• Lead the planning implementation and integration of new manufacturing-specific software (e.g. MES ERP modules) and hardware.
• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations quality standards and data integrity requirements for manufacturing.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts for manufacturing-specific solutions and services.
