Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian Job, La Mesa, California, USA

Job Description : Our client is looking for a motivated Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to take on a leadership role at their well-established clinic in La Mesa. This full-service hospital is equipped with modern surgical and dental suites, in-house laboratory diagnostics, digital imaging including dental radiology, and ultrasound facilities. Alongside managing the clinical caseload, the Medical Director will guide associate veterinarians, develop medical standards, and foster a collaborative culture.

La Mesa, also known as the "Jewel of the Hills," is only 9 miles from downtown San Diego. With scenic trails, vibrant markets, concerts, and community festivals, it offers an active and welcoming lifestyle with the added benefit of being close to the cultural and recreational opportunities of San Diego.

Package :

• Base salary of $175,000-$200,000 DOE
• Annual Medical Director stipend of $10,000 paid in installments
• Up to $50,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses
