LPN School Nurse

Per Diem LPN / School Support - Out of District Events | $45 / hr | Lakewood, WA

We are seeking a Per Diem LPN to provide 1 : 1 support for a student with Type 1 Diabetes during school events, practices, meets, and tournaments both in and out of district. Candidates must be comfortable managing insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), and other diabetes-related care.

Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized support to a student during practices, competitions, and school events
• Administer and manage care related to Type 1 Diabetes, including pumps and CGMs
• Ensure safety and well-being of the student at all times
• Transport may be required via self-transport or district-provided bus
