The responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist include, but are not limited to :

Responsibilities :

• Under a physician's orders, screen and evaluate residents / patients, developing an appropriate care plan.
• Assist residents / patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, cooking, and eating.
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment, such as wheelchairs, splints, and aids for eating and dressing.
• Maintain patient records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement special tools and treatments tailored to the specific needs of patients.
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state and / or federal regulations.
