Example Of Duties

The Investment Reconciliation Accountant will work in the Public Finance & Investment Division within the Finance Department. The incumbent will be involved in SAP development activities for Public Finance. These SAP activities include :

• Cash and investment management
• SAP project systems for debt authorization and debt outstanding tracking to bond ballot proposition authorizations with Department level breakout at the project level
• Investment and cash activities for SAP related activities

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline and two (2) years of professional accounting, payroll, or similar work experience. OR A certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and two (2) years of professional accounting, payroll, or similar work experience. OR Associate's degree in Accounting or a related discipline and four (4) years of professional accounting, payroll, or similar work experience. OR High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and six (6) years of professional accounting, payroll, or similar work experience.
