We are currently seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our customer support team at our location in Carrollton, TX.
PURPOSE :
Provide customer support services to vendors, customers and operations teams by delivering timely and accurate reporting on work orders and provide status updates on customer account activity. This position requires an individual who is detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
