Job Details

Develop, implement, and manage a company-wide compliance program tailored to new corporate structure.

Oversee payroll and treasury controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and security.

Manage 401(k) program activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Serve as primary contact for all internal and external audit efforts.

Coordinate insurance programs and ensure adequate risk coverage for the company.

Draft, document, and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Collaborate across departments to embed compliance into day-to-day operations.
