Primary Function : To provide direct primary care for the resident utilizing physical, psychological, and social techniques under the supervision of a charge nurse.

Qualifications : Current CNA, CPR and First Aid Certification required. Long Term Care experience preferred. Must work every other weekend and every other holiday. The ability to comprehend oral instructions, read and write. Compassion, patience, and the ability to recognize the individuality of each person and to treat each individual with respect and dignity.
