Interstate Parking Company : Assistant Customer Experience Manager

Mesa, AZ

Part-Time (Less than 20hrs / week) - $23.50 / Hour

Interstate Parking is currently looking for an outgoing, friendly, customer-service focused part-time Assistant Customer Experience Manager to help lead our parking operations at the Arizona Athletics Grounds. This role is charged with managing parking operations, supervising a team of Parking Ambassadors, and ultimately ensuring a world-class customer experience for our guests.

Here’s what we’re looking for :

  • Independent, pro-active, problem-solver.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions.
  • Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, smart phone technology.
  • Able to work weekends
  • Two plus years of customer service and team management experience required.
  • High school degree required.
  • Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier
  • Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
