About the Role

DMR Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Talent Officer to support our expanding operations in Lafayette. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a startup-style environment, and values building strong foundations for people and processes. You’ll support all core HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to compliance and culture, ensuring our growing U.S. workforce has the tools and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, personnel files, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Support payroll and benefits administration, including new hire enrollments and employee updates.Assist in drafting and updating policies, handbooks, and training materials as the company scales.
• Coordinate safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, reporting, and communication between departments.
