Health Insurance Sales Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Representative (Must hold an Active Health Insurance License in the state you reside).

Key Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls from prospective enrollees for individual dental insurance products and recommend options based on customer needs

Complete new applications, guide customers through payment options, and forward new customer information for enrollment

Respond to existing customer inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

Active health insurance sales license as per state regulations

High school diploma or GED preferred; proven experience may substitute

Four years of successful customer service sales experience in a call center or similar environment

Ability to pass basic computer, telephone skills, and math assessments

Experience in dental assisting or dental insurance is a plus but not required
