Join a leader in the Oil and Gas industry and bring your expertise to a role where your skills make an impact every day. We’re seeking an experienced EDI Billing Specialist with sales tax knowledge to handle billing, accounts receivable, and collections in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Schedule : 7am – 4pm / 5pm (Based on workload)

Pay Rate : $20 - $27 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable and collections with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Take ownership of your work with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with major functional leaders across the company.
Manage accounting for fixed asset / equipment rentals, employee man-hour charges, and inventory sales.
Utilize your advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office expertise.

Qualifications :

3–5 years of accounts receivable and collections experience.

Sales tax knowledge is a must.

Background in oilfield services accounting.

Ability to thrive in a multi-legal entity and multi-location environment.
