We are looking for an experienced Quote-to-Cash Test Lead to oversee the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale transformation program. This long-term contract position requires a hands-on leader with the ability to not only manage testing efforts but also actively contribute to test creation and execution during critical phases. Based in Plano, Texas, this role involves working across multiple workstreams and systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for a complex Quote-to-Cash transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Create detailed test plans and scripts while actively participating in test execution during peak periods.
• Lead and manage functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across front-office and back-office systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage across systems such as Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Ironclad, and NetSuite.
• Guide and support internal testers, providing direction and assistance as needed.
• Monitor, track, and report testing progress, metrics, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate engagement and communication with stakeholders, ensuring clarity in reporting and updates.
• Drive testing efforts through Agile sprint-based delivery processes.
• Ensure testing aligns with project goals and deadlines across a multi-system tech stack.
• Extensive experience in creating and executing testing strategies for Quote-to-Cash implementations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce environments, particularly with Quote-to-Cash workflows.
• Strong expertise in testing processes for systems such as Zuora Billing, Zuora RevPro, and NetSuite.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise testing initiatives involving multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to write and execute test scripts when necessary.
• Solid understanding of testing metrics, organization, and best practices.
