Title : Workday Architect

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Duration : 6 Months (With possible extension)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Architect to lead ongoing global HCM initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader with strong decision-making skills who can work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and provide architectural direction during critical implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

Provide architectural leadership and guidance for Workday HCM.

Drive design decisions and ensure alignment with best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while working independently.

Manage knowledge transfer (KT) from the current architect transitioning out.

Support major implementation phases :

Canada phase – Go-live in two months.

USA phase – Large-scale rollout scheduled for Q1 next year.

Requirements

Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).

Proven experience as a Workday Architect.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and influencing abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
