Responsibilities :

• Responsible for increasing business by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts.
• Identify new customers through targeted sales / cold calls and manages existing relationships to maximize business opportunity and support the organization's volume and revenue goals.
• Act as liaison between leadership, operations and clients to maintain or increase business, resolve issues and / or remove obstacles to business growth.
• Must have strong communication skills, including persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
• Must have strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to analyze market / trend reports.
• Perform a variety of customer service and program or service education on behalf of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

The territory covers Pinellas and Pasco counties with occasional out of area travel.
