Housing Case Manager

The staff will provide supportive services to clients who are in the PSH grant. These clients will have complex barriers including needed help in finding and maintaining community housing. This role includes providing supportive services / case management to the clients, managing grant paperwork, entering HMIS documentation, and partner development and maintenance.
