We are looking for a Client Relations and Acquisition Specialist to join our Retail Banking Administration team in Houston, TX.

Essential Functions :

• Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
• Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed. May assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes and opening accounts.
• Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.
• Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ yrs experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm, Saturday 9 : 00am - 1 : 00pm
