Compensation :
- Hourly Rate : $35-$45 (Will grow into Full-Time)
- Patient Training Bonus : $500 per new patient trained
- Bonus Potential : $4,500 – $30,000 annually
- Vehicle Stipend or Company Tesla / similar vehicle (in qualified situations)

Job Summary As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients throughout the West Tennessee region. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. Key Responsibilities
Training and Education : Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence.Clinical Care : Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients throughout West Tennessee, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.Quality Assurance : Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.Travel : Be prepared to travel to patients' homes throughout your assigned region in West Tennessee.Ideal Candidate Profile
