Responsibilities

• Advance Creative Authoring : Deliver state‑of‑the‑art multimedia creation tools across imaging, motion, typography, and composition.
• Integrate Generative AI : Embed AI‑powered features such as generative imaging, intelligent layouts, and motion design directly into the authoring experience.
• Evolve Platform Foundations : Lead development of editor frameworks, rendering engines, document models, and asset pipelines that ensure seamless, real‑time authoring across web and mobile.
• Enable Integrated Workflows : Create cohesive end‑to‑end user journeys where diverse media types come together into unified, interactive designs.
• Deliver Scale & Reliability : Ensure Express authoring experiences operate with high performance, low latency, and global reliability for millions of users.
• Inspire & Grow Talent : Lead and mentor a large, geo‑distributed engineering team; attract top talent and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $197,700 – $416,600 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.
