A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and maintain positive employer branding
Track recruitment KPIs and assist with talent acquisition projects to improve organizational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
HR certification preferred
Two years of experience in recruiting / staffing functions preferred
Experience using ATS and CRM systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions independently
