A REHAB DIRECTOR (Physical Therapist / PT ) is is now available in our sub-acute / skilled nursing rehab department located in North Falmouth, MA.

Beautiful building located in a residential area with ocean views. 87 beds comprised of 5 floors( 3 floors of resident both STC / LTC) with patio area.
