Our client is a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand built on creativity, community, and connection. Their marketing team produces high-impact brand moments - including two major conventions each year featuring stage panels, testimonial videos, and immersive event experiences.

They're looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can bring structure to creativity - someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to jump into the content side when needed.

The Role

• Manage creative marketing projects from concept to execution across product, digital, and global teams.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables in tools like Asana or Teams
• Support major brand events with decks, video content, and testimonial storytelling.
• Communicate clearly with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead execution while staying hands-on with creative details.
