- Starting Role : You begin as a Financial Professional , gaining practical, hands-on experience in client relationships, product knowledge, and business development.
- Transition to Management : After meeting certain performance benchmarks—typically within 6 to 12 months , and sometimes up to 18 months —you become eligible for promotion to Associate Partner , marking your entry into management.
Compensation :
$95,000 - $150,000 yearly

Start as a Financial Professional to build a solid foundation in the industryLearn New York Life’s proven systems for client service, prospecting, and practice buildingReceive one-on-one mentorship from experienced Partners (like myself)Recruit, train, and lead your own team of advisors as you move into managementQualifications :

Completed an MBA within the last 24 months , orHave prior management or business-owner experiencePreferred (but not required) :
