Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing the design Engineering team
  • Will be hands on in design 50% of the time and delegate work to the team the other 50% of the time
  • Will facilitate project hand offs with sales and oversee design reviews, stage-gates and release milestones

    • Key Requirements :

  • Will coach and develop the team
  • 3+ years design leadership experience in equipment / machinery
  • 3D CAD experience
