Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the overall success of the recruiting team by providing strong customer service to candidates and coordinating key activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions from start to finish
• Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Review and assess candidate qualifications
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Follow established recruitment processes, including proper use of the ATS and accurate candidate dispositioning
