Schedule : MondayThursday 7 : 00 AM6 : 00 PM

No weekends holidays or evenings.

Pay Range : $20.00$24.00 / hour (DOE)

Puget Sound Pain Clinic is seeking a friendly dependable Medical Receptionist . As the premier Pain Clinic in the SeattleTacoma region we are dedicated to delivering exceptional compassionate pain management care.

In this role you will be the first and last point of contact for our patients many of whom live with chronic pain. Your professionalism empathy and attention to detail directly impact their experience and help set the tone for their care.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet patients and visitors in a prompt courteous and helpful manner

Schedule new and established patient appointments

Collect co-pays and verify insurance information

Contact patients regarding no-shows and pre-op requirements

Answer screen and direct incoming calls; take accurate messages

Maintain a clean organized reception area and workspace

Complete paperwork with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Assist with scanning filing and general office support duties
