Title : Registered Client Associate

A well-established wealth management organization is seeking a Registered Client Associate to join its growing branch team. This forward-facing role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the success of Financial Professionals (FPs). About the Role

The Registered Client Associate serves as a key relationship partner to both clients and Financial Professionals. You will manage day-to-day client interactions, support financial planning and account servicing needs, and ensure smooth operational workflows across the branch. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional looking to grow within the wealth management industry. The position reports to the Branch Manager with continuous collaboration across multiple internal groups.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
  • Process money movements including trades, ACH transfers, wires, deposits, withdrawals, and rollovers.
  • Support new account onboarding and maintain accurate client information (beneficiaries, addresses, documentation, etc.).
  • Assist with MoneyGuidePro data entry and Riskalyze questionnaires.
  • Support the onboarding of new Financial Professionals when assigned.
  • Conduct portfolio research and maintain knowledge of financial markets.
  • Identify client needs and elevate opportunities to Financial Professionals.
  • Collaborate with FPs on client financial planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, IT, Training, Strategic Initiatives, and other teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with marketing efforts in partnership with internal marketing resources.
  • Share knowledge through team communication channels.
  • Provide branch coverage and cross-team support as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Office Administration (20%)

  • Maintain and organize client files; document all interactions in CRM systems.
  • Utilize DocuSign and DocuPace for digital forms and signatures.
  • Support general office tasks such as mail distribution, client reception, and upkeep of shared spaces.
  • Assist with branch events and firmwide initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Professionals and the Branch Manager.
  • Other (10%)

  • Participate in professional development through internal training and continuing education.
  • Prepare monthly reports for assigned teams.
  • Submit timely expense reports.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborative environment.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of relevant financial services experience.
  • Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 / 65) licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and platforms such as Concur, RBC, AOS, RedTail, and related systems.
  • Strong communication, customer service, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
