Trauma Level : III Dates & Required Availability :

May 1 - mid-October

Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (6 : 30am-5 : 00pm)

Minimum 2-3 shifts / week + 3-4 Fridays every 8 weeks

No call, no weekends Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days

Setting & Patient Volume :

Inpatient / Outpatient

Patients : PEDS up to 21 years old

Provider must be comfortable with pediatrics, adult ortho, GYN / ONC, urology, complex spine, ophthalmology, plastics EMR : EPIC

Team Care Model : Medically supervised; strong collaboration with MDs

Travel / Lodging : Covered
