About The Position

Job Title : Certified Surgical Technologist

Profession : Surgical Tech (CST)

Specialty : Operating Room

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 12 hours (6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM)

Experience : 2+ years; required in ortho, neuro, general, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, and endovascular / vascular.

License : Valid Michigan License required.

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

• 2+ years of experience
• Experience in multiple surgical specialties

Description :

This position requires a Certified Surgical Technologist to work in the Operating Room.

You will be responsible for assisting in various surgical procedures.

Experience in ortho, neuro, general, Robot Xi, urology, GYN, and endovascular / vascular is required.

Attendance is crucial, as there is a strict attendance policy in place.

Any contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated immediately.

Exceptions will be considered for documented communicable diseases or hospitalizations.

A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.

Physical copies of certifications are required if listed above.

Full-time employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.

On-call duties include one night of call per week and one weekend shift from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM on Saturday and Sunday per month.
