  • to assist a healthcare client during their open enrollment period.
  • These positions are full-time and 100% remote.
  • Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of call center experience
    • Must have a private & quiet work area
    • Strong problem-solving skills with effective oral and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
    • Excellent customer service skills including accountability and follow-up
    • Job Description

    • Act as a liaison between internal and external customers (70-80 calls per day)
    • Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to all calls
    • Handle call avoidance issues appropriately
    • Input data accurately and timely on customer contacts
    • Access multiple databases simultaneously to address customer needs
    • Explain policies and procedures clearly during calls
    • Hours

      40-hour work week, 8-hour shifts between 8 : 00am and 8 : 00pm. Training over the first four weeks, Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
