Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range : USD $84,000.00 / Yr. - USD $139,950.00 / Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Description

Delivering training programs and courses to Marines and their staffs

• Providing instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tactics
• Conducting hands-on training and assessments
• Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology
• Coordinating with the academics officer and curriculum review boards to keep training synchronized with MAGTF-level aviation C2 doctrine
• Ensuring instruction aligns with current fleet requirements and integrates CAC2S, TBMCS, GCCS, C2PC / JTCW, MSS, and related aviation C2 tools
• Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology
• Serving as primary subject matter expert (SME) for all aviation C2 systems taught within the course
• Conducting and evaluating practical exercises replicating real-world aviation C2 operations (air tasking orders, airspace control, joint operations integration)
• Liaising with fleet units, program managers, and Marine Corps Aviation representatives to ensure course content reflects current fielded systems
• Providing input to manpower planning, billet requirements, and system acquisition efforts as they relate to aviation C2 training
